SHIPPING POLICY
At Essence Of Envy, we offer shipping to locations worldwide, with the exception of Ukraine, the Russian federation, and China. Shipping costs are a flat fee of $15 for all orders.

We currently only offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

We package and ship items at the end of the working week, so orders placed on Monday may not be shipped until the end of the week. Please allow 6 business days for processing and packaging before your order is shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied and the item has not yet shipped, you may request a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling fees.
